Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Ģ4 hour driving range. You can make a tee time 7 days in advance and if you are Active Duty you can make one 14 days in advance to give us a call and eliminate the possibility of having a long wait before you get to tee off. Just call us at 764-4547 to make your tee time in advance. Players with tee times will always have the priority. We have been very busy in the mornings and early afternoons this has led to some walk up players having to wait a few hours before we could work them onto the first tee. Although tee times are not required and you can play as a walk in player you may have to wait a significant amount of time if you come up and all of the tee times are taken. We wanted to remind everyone that it is always a good idea to call ahead for a tee time whenever you wants to come out and play. Give us a call today to arrange your late afternoon round of golf. The outside staff will be happy to get you set up with a cart or anything else you have prearranged with your phone call. Unfortunately if your name is not on the list you will not be allowed access to the golf course. You can call the golf shop and pre-pay your fees over the phone with a credit card and your name will be added to the after hours list with the outside staff getting you access to the first tee when you arrive. The golf shop closes at 5:15 so you just need to either check in or pre-register your round before it closes. You can stay out on the course until you are done with your round and you can keep your cart out until dusk which these days is about 7:45 PM. I can’t wait to help grow the club and provide others the opportunities to fall in love with disc golf the same as I did.The Eaglewood Golf Shop is open 7 days a week from 7:45-5:15 each day this time of year, but that does not mean you need to be off the course by 5:15 PM each afternoon. I have been playing for just over a year now and I am very excited to be a part of the KDGC.

The courses are free to play, you only need a few discs, and the community is so welcoming! However, if you get addicted like me, there is so much room to grow in the sport and even play competitively! No matter how you play, disc golf is a fantastic way to get outside, get some exercise, and enjoy the fresh air while also making some meaningful friendships along the way.
I truly love how accessible disc golf is for brand new players. Reminiscent of my times on Pender, I eagerly said yes and after that round, I never looked back. I didn’t try disc golf again until August 2019, when my girlfriend’s dad (who had just recently played for the first time) invited me to play a round at McArthur Island. Growing up in Williams Lake I played hockey, golf, and, in grade 12, some ultimate frisbee. It was simple enough that we could all play and it was a ton of fun! However, my visits to Pender were the only experiences I had with the sport. I would occasionally visit my aunt and uncle on Pender and when I was there, I always made sure that we’d go play disc golf. My first experience with disc golf was on Pender Island when I was about 8 years old.
